The cost of registration is all inclusive for our attendees. Unlike other fly-ins, you are not responsible for booking your own flight, hotel, etc. We provide a concierge-like service and organize all of the logistics in advance so you can focus on what is important – political advocacy. The business mission to Washington, D.C. has a limited number of attendees and once registration is open for non-members, we usually sell out within a few hours. Members are guaranteed a spot on the fly-in!

Registration for one attendee is included in annual membership with a reduced price for additional attendees, plus year-round advocacy, activities, and events. Members are guaranteed a spot on the fly-in.
- $5,000 – Membership and individual registration to the fly-in
- $3,500 – Additional individual registrations (discounted rate!)
Non-Member Pricing
$3,950 – Individual registration

How to Register
- Email info@acceleratecolorado.com and say you want to attend the 2025 DC Fly-In.
- We will send you an email confirmation of your registration with an invoice and registration forms.
- Complete your registration forms and send back to Accelerate Colorado along with your headshot and method of payment.
- Mark your calendar for the Pre-Trip Launch Party where you will meet fellow attendees and learn how to use the app.
- Show up at Denver International Airport on Wednesday, April 30, 2025 and we will take care of the rest!
